Kind Together is operated by Making The Difference NGO (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run doorstep donation pickups and drop-offs.

We process your personal data based on the consent you give when you create your account. It is freely given, specific, and informed, and you can withdraw it at any timeby contacting our Grievance Officer (below) — this won't affect processing done before withdrawal.
Only as needed to run the service: our collectors/warehouse/centre staff (to fulfil your pickup), Razorpay (payments), and our messaging provider (to send verification codes and updates). We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it. We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect it. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
