For Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 we're collecting 30 tonnes in 30 days. Clothes, shoes, books, toys, bedding, furniture — bagged or loose. A collector comes to your door, weighs it in front of you, and carries it down. You pay nothing.
Free, always. No minimum — one bag is fine. You'll see the collector's name and number before he arrives, and he can't start without your 4-digit code.

Pick a day and a one-hour slot
Any hour between 9 in the morning and 6 in the evening. Change it or cancel it in the app. No phone calls, nothing to wait for.

Leave it by the door
Any bag, any box. Don't sort it, don't fold it, don't go out and buy bags. If it's a chair or a mattress, tell us when you book so the right vehicle comes.

Read out your 4-digit code
Your account has a code only you can see. The collector types it into his phone and our server checks it. Wrong code, no pickup — so nobody can turn up at your door claiming to be from us.

On a scale, at your door, while you watch. The weight goes straight into your account. Then he carries it down himself — that's the job.

This is the donation part, and it's the only part you don't have to do anything for. Everything usable is sorted at the RRR Centre and goes back into use — clothes, blankets, school books, toys. What can't be reused is recycled properly instead of being burnt behind a building.
We're small. Small enough that the person who fixes a problem is the person who answers the phone.
Your bags end up in one of 3 rooms in Mira Road East. You can go and look at them.

- Yes. There is no charge, no minimum and no tip expected. The collection is funded by the NGO, not by you.
- Do I have to sort or fold anything?
- No. Put it in any bag or box and leave it by the door. Sorting is our job, and we're better at it than you'd expect.
- Do I need to be home?
- Someone over 18 needs to be there to read out the 4-digit code and watch the weighing. It takes about ten minutes. Nobody comes inside.
- What if I only have one bag?
- One bag is fine. There's no minimum, and it still counts towards your points.
- How do the points work?
- Ten points a kilo. 500 points is a gift voucher, and points never expire — there's no rush to claim.
- I'm not in Mira Road or Bhayandar.
- Then we can't reach you yet, and we'd rather say so here than after you've typed in your address. We're expanding area by area.
It's been in that cupboard for two years.
