Terms of Service

1. The service

Kind Together lets you donate items via doorstep pickup or drop-off, make money donations toward pickup sponsorship, and earn reward points. Features may change as we improve the platform.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code — keep access to your number secure. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, address, contact) and for activity on your account. You must be 18+ or have your guardian's consent to use the service.

3. Donations of items

• Only donate items you own and are allowed to give away.
• Don't include restricted or hazardous items (see the restricted-items list in the app).
• Weights and item details are confirmed by our staff at collection; reward points are credited based on the confirmed weight.

4. Money donations

Money donations are processed securely by Razorpay. Donations support our work and pickup sponsorship. Money donations are generally non-refundable; if you were charged in error or twice, contact us at [contact email]within [X] days and we'll look into it. Tax-exemption (80G) receipts, where applicable, are issued using our registered credentials.

5. Reward points

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted if a donation is reversed or found to be invalid. Redemption options are shown in the app and may change.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no fraud, no attempts to break or probe our systems, no impersonation, and no uploading of unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
